Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re delighted with your order! However, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may send it back. Returning an item couldn’t be easier, you have 7 days from the day you received your order to exchange or return it. 

Kindly make sure your items are returned new, unused and with the same packaging it came in. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please follow the procedure below: 

Send us an e-mail to hello@segnoconceptstore.com explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number. If for some reason you didn’t find an alternative product of your choice, we will issue a store credit for the amount of purchase on your account. Sorry, no refunds allowed.

* Note: The store credit will not include the shipping cost or the duties and taxes.

After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unused and in their original packaging.

Upon receipt of your products, we will issue a store credit immediately. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team by emailing hello@segnoconceptstore.com if you have any further questions on returns. 

NB: Shipping fees, customs and duties are handled by customers on all Returns & exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We advise you to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
